ORDERS

To place an order, please complete the relevant Order Form found at https://vitafixofficial.com/. Your order will be received at the time you submit your delivery data and desired quantity through the Order Form. Order details will be available on your screen upon completion of the order.

PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

All prices listed on the site are final. During ongoing promotions, customers may have the opportunity to receive a discounted price on promotional products. Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Buyers will be charged the price of the product that was current at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING TERMS

Our products can be shipped to any country listed in our online shop. The products will be sent by courier to the address provided in the Order Form. Payment can be made via cash on delivery, credit card/debit card/PayPal, or another accepted payment method in the respective country. In areas where courier delivery is not possible, shipment will be arranged through the respective Post. Shipping takes place daily, except on weekends and holidays.

REFUNDS

For returns or cancellations, please send claims via email to contacts@vitafixofficial.com or to a specific email address found in the Contact Us section of the website for your respective country. In your claim, state the reason for the request. We reserve the right to reject a claim if the buyer’s complaint is deemed unreasonable. The returned product must be in the same condition as when received (new), with the packaging intact and unsealed. To facilitate the return, provide the order number of the original purchaser, as indicated in the order code. Customers have the right to return a purchased product and request either a replacement or a refund in two cases:

1. In instances where our company is at fault (wrong product received), the customer must return the product within fourteen (14) days of the order date, with no transportation cost.

2. If the customer’s decision to return the product does not stem from any of the aforementioned reasons, the company reserves the right to decline the claim. If the complaint is accepted, the customer can return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of placing the order. In this case, all transportation costs and any price difference of the products will be borne by the customer. In all cases, the products must be in the condition received, complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Failure to return the product within fourteen (14) days relieves our shop of any obligation to accept a refund. After confirming compliance with the terms and conditions and accepting the return of the product, the customer is entitled to receive either a replacement product of equal value or a refund. The refund will be processed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the returned product. In case of repeated refunds or if our company, at its sole discretion, suspects that the customer is misusing the return policy or acting in bad faith, the company reserves the right to refuse a return, even if the conditions are met. These terms do not affect any consumer rights provided by law.
